Spring is here! (And what a relief it is to see it.) I love cold weather, but this past winter wasn't a very nice one. Winters in south Louisiana are usually rollercoaster rides. Some days are mild and dry, others below freezing and raining. Well, it wasn't like that this time around. It stayed cold, rainy, and foggy the entire month of January into mid February. (All that gloom would've been worth it, if we had gotten a little bit of snow, but nooo!) Needless to say, it's nice to see the sun again. (We had almost forgotten what it looked like!) With the temperatures warming up and everything starting to bloom, I'm looking forward to taking more nature pictures. Looking at nature that surrounds you through a camera lense really makes you appreciate its beauty even more, I think.
